Follow these simple steps to activate your membership:

Please bring your gift certificate to your appointment so our staff may validate your membership. 


 

- Fine Print -

Your prepaid membership includes one treatment per month (referred to as a member benefit), which becomes available for use on the first of each month. You may choose between the three options listed on previous page. You will continue to accrue one benefit per month for the duration of your prepaid membership.

Home Location: Your monthly membership benefit applies solely to your home location. If you’d like to join us for treatments at a location other than your home, you will receive 20% off all full-priced services during your visit. Discounts may not be combined.

Appointment Cancellations: We require 24 hours advance notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice will result in forfeiture of monthly treatment benefit or cost of service. No exceptions. In the event of multiple missed appointments, we reserve the right to cancel membership.

Member Perks: Monthly membership perks (such as free upgrades and product discounts) are announced at the beginning of each month, and have been carefully curated by our staff. If you would like to take full advantage of each month’s free upgrade, please be sure to schedule service to which the upgrade applies. You are eligible for one free upgrade per month, after which normal upgrade pricing applies. No substitutions allowed.
