Your appointments are very important to us here at Thérapie Day Spa, this time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24-hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling all appointments. The policy allows us to attract and retain the best therapists to provide for our guests. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file when reserving an appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled service. As a courtesy, we will email you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the potential of a cancellation fee. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We ask that in cases of any open wounds on the face, including cold sores that you scheduled your appointment when you are fully healed. If you already have an appointment scheduled we ask that you call and reschedule your appointment for a later date or cancel.
