Yes please! We are honored to support you throughout your pregnancy. It is important to let us know when booking your appointment that you are expecting (even if nobody else knows yet!) so that we may be fully prepared to serve you best. While we believe that first trimester bodywork is not only safe but an essential part of a healthy pregnancy, there are certain contraindications that are important to honor. Our skilled prenatal therapists have extensive training in prenatal bodywork and are fully equipped to support you throughout your prenatal journey. With that in mind not all of therapist are trained in prenatal massage/not all of our therapists work on all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. Knowing you are expecting before you show up for an appointment better prepares us to make sure you are booked correctly.
