There are no contracts!

 

Monthly Billing:

An $89 recurring monthly charge will be assessed on the same date as first membership appointment, and each month thereafter. For example, if you complete sign up for the membership on the 21st of the month, your recurring monthly charge will occur on the 21st of each month thereafter. Your benefit treatment becomes available after the successful charge of your credit card on your charge date. If you book a service prior to your charge date, you will receive 10% off that service. You will then be eligible to use your benefit on an appointment booked on or after your charge date. Upon signing up for our membership you are eligible for 10% off of your services. Your monthly

benefit acquired cannot be applied towards services at initial signup. Your first benefit is available to use at

your next scheduled appointment. Changes to charge date are subject to rate increase and will automatically

renew month-to-month unless canceled. In the event that your credit card payment is declined, we will make two subsequent attempts to process the payment. If the outstanding charge remains unpaid after this point, your membership will be terminated. Membership terms, policies, and pricing subject to change without notice.

 

Discounts may not be combined.

 

Appointment Cancellations:

We require 24 hours advance notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice will result in forfeiture of monthly treatment benefit or cost of service. No exceptions. In the event of multiple missed appointments, we reserve the right to cancel membership.

Member Perks:

Monthly complimentary upgrade no matter what service you book!  You have the option to choose between the following upgrades; Massage: Aromathérapie or Sombra natural pain relieving gel.  Facials: Facial Enzyme or LED Light Thérapie You are eligible for one free upgrade per month. No substitutions allowed.

Granting Membership Benefits:

If you are an active member you are welcome to book a benefit service for a friend or family member. Please note

that member treatment grants apply only to basic massage and facial services, and other perks of membership

(such as free upgrades and discounts) are solely for your use and non-transferable.

Expiration of Benefits:

Unused benefits will expire 6 months after accrual date. Expired benefits are non refundable and may not be redeemed or granted.

Membership Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your membership, notify us in writing one week prior to monthly charge date to ensure cancellation. Remaining benefits will expire 6 months after accrual and you will no longer be eligible for other

perks of membership (such as monthly upgrades, service discounts, and granting benefits etc). Remaining benefits may be redeemed by member only, at a max of one per month. No refunds due to lack of attendance. Once

canceled, you are ineligible to sign up for membership again for one calendar year.
